Under no circumstances shall the sum you paid to customboxespro.com for the order or request exceed our entire responsibility to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, including but not limited to negligence originating from this agreement or your use of our website.

Refund and Return Policy

After receiving your order, you have three business days to notify the company if the delivered product is defective or is not printed as specified. We will replicate your original order but do not provide a cash refund because the boxes are customized and, consequently, not acceptable for resale. The management team will perform a defect analysis. You must send the company the defective products using their funds within seven business days if you want to receive a reprint of your original order. You must also submit the original images of the defective products. You are not supposed to utilize infected products. Charges for expedited orders are non-refundable.

Order Placement, Payment, and Cancellations

The prices listed on our website are all in US dollars (USD), and all transactions will be completed in this currency. Once the business has received the project’s total cost, which includes taxes, shipping, design, and other costs, from any prospective funding sources, our team will begin working on it.

The user of our website must also approve the electronic final specification sheet for the printing goods or services they have ordered to place an order. Once you are confident of the order you have placed with us and after the client has given their final permission, your order will be processed. The jobs that follow will then be processed in production. Nothing, including the time frame, the design, or anything else, can be changed once the task has been authorized and moved forward into production. However, you have four hours following the job’s final approval to cancel the order.

You will be charged $25 plus 10% of the order total for the cancellation. The consumer also has the opportunity to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it. Still, a 35% cancellation fee will be applied to cover the costs of the materials, labor, and resources used to create your product. After the first 12 hours, the company does not promise your order will be canceled.

Services for Design

Customboxespro provides free design assistance to its customers; however, if an order is placed and the company gives design services, and the customer later decides to cancel the purchase, the design services will be paid following the time and services rendered by the firm. Additionally, customboxespro.com does not provide modifications or refunds for any purchases for designs or services. The client agrees not to cancel the order for the design service alone.

Sales Tax Procedures

On orders that come from within the state of New York, we apply sales tax. When placing an order, if you are tax-exempt, kindly present your tax exemption certificate.

Customers’ Artwork and Files

After receiving the customers’ artwork, our designers start working on new designs. The artwork or graphic files must be 300 dpi and in CMYK format for the highest quality and finest results.

Any blurred, exaggerated, or other issues resulting from the customer providing artwork or graphic files in formats other than CMYK or typefaces, formats, or sizes other than those listed in this section will be the customer’s full responsibility.

While Custom Packaging Pro takes every precaution to keep clients from leaving if there is a discrepancy in the final product after an order is placed, the customer is accountable. Custom Packaging Pro is not to be held liable. Additionally, Custom Packaging Pro disclaims liability for any lost printed orders.

The Customer guarantees that all graphics/artwork and text submitted to Custom Packaging Pro for use as a reference or in production are legally the Customer’s property.

The business maintains the right to reject any orders that are illegal or violate the rights of third parties. When you submit an order as a customer, you accept full responsibility for the content produced according to your specifications.

Customer Packaging Pro reserves the ability to refuse any order without giving a reason. Neither will Custom Packaging Pro print any abusive, offensive, or illegal material.

Proofing and Color Precision

Once the customer has approved the order, the client must give the product or service in its final form, whether provided online or in hard copy, so that the business can proceed with the final prints. It is now encouraged to review and revise the final proof before the order is sent for printing because the customers are entirely accountable for it.

Furthermore, the standard turnaround time specified by Custom Packaging Pro is the period following the customer’s confirmation of the product specifications and final design approval. If the customer cannot provide the final proof, Custom Packaging Pro disclaims any responsibility for delays in printing.

Before accepting the proof, buyers are urged to carefully review it for any expected copy, layout, grammar, design, space issues, and spelling mistakes. Customboxespro.com does not control the printed form of the items with laminations.

Due to printing process constraints, the business only guarantees a perfect color match to the proof or submitted artwork files. The company will not hold liable for the matching color, ink, or density on the printed items as accepted by the customer, even though Custom Packaging Pro takes every precaution to ensure that the printing material bears the closest possible color as stated in the artwork or proof.

We’ll guarantee color correctness and consistency if you request a hard copy proof. Please be aware that a hard copy proof will cost you a bit more money.

No Responsibility for Mistakes

Assuming that the customer has verified that the spelling, grammar, content, and layout, among other things, are accurate, Custom Packaging Pro will not hold liable for mistakes like incorrect spelling, graphics, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, transparency, overprint, improper layout, bleeding, incorrect cut or fold lines, die lines or crop marks, incorrect sizing, etc.

Under Runs and Overruns

It is common practice to send 5% excess or fewer products than bought. However, Custom Packaging Pro supplies the exact amount ordered plus an extra amount without charging any additional fees.

Order Fulfillment, Shipping, and Delivery

The turnaround time for your order with Custom Packaging Pro begins once we receive full payment, all necessary information (including all artwork, correct data files, all necessary fonts for editable forms, all shipping details, etc.), and your approved proof. Any delay in receiving this information could cause production delays, for which the business will not be liable. The turnaround time excludes the shipping period, which typically lasts three to four business days. Due to the massive volume of orders we currently receive, shipping times may vary.
